This was a fun exercise in “Hate to Love My Body”. I loved this Yoga A Day Challenge but hated the sore muscles afterward. I’m pretty sure I can feel my abs now. I can’t see them but I’m 90% certain they’re bulked up.
I found the Grow Soul Beautiful October challenge on Instagram and decided to give it a shot. I didn’t think I would manage to do all them but they start off fairly easy and I was thoroughly stretched out by the time the tougher asanas (poses) came up.
