This was a fun exercise in “Hate to Love My Body”. I loved this Yoga A Day Challenge but hated the sore muscles afterward.
I started the 30-day yoga challenge on Do You Yoga.
I planned to restart my yoga practice at the beginning of August (Birthday Goals). We moved into our apartment, lots of cake, soda and three weeks later; here I am detoxed and ready to go!
After losing 35kgs of body weight, my body caught on to this new healthy lifestyle and my weight just platued for 6 months. November came and I changed my routine up a bit and managed to drop another dress size but then gained 2kgs in these past two weeks. But I’m still winning!
